Reporting is most certainly an important component of any project. You've spent time in the software with the data and we understand that you want to be able to export this information out, looking fresh and intuitive to the information that it holds.

Improved look and feel
We've spent time on improving the look and feel of reports. We've re-written the old interface
from applying filters to your reports to a holistic new look and feel. We know you are going to like it.
Benefit: Easy to navigate
Let's say you're working on a project where you have 20, 30 or even hundreds of reports and or exports. The idea behind favourites, is to make it easy to find the reports quickly and easily.
Favourites will help you improve your workflow and save you time! This is much more than just saved project reports. Because depending on your role, you might have different favourite reports than your colleagues. All you need to do is favourite them and they are moved to the top of your navigation.
Benefit: Easily access your reports
If you have several hundred reports or exports, before you can favourite them, finding those sneaky reports can be your first challenge.
You now have the the ability to search in the reports module, find your desired report and favourite it.
Benefit: Easily find reports
We've added Stylistic modifications to reports to improve the way that they function. If you're feeling creative, you can customise your report with an array of different font, text box and note colours.
There is even an option to customise how images are presented in your report with several different layout options. All of the filtering features previously available to you will still be at your finger tips.
Present dRofus data, that is customised for your deliverables. This is Bespoke reporting for your unique needs!

Edit previously saved report configurations
A feature that we know you wanted is the ability to edit previously saved report configurations and now you can.
We know that sometimes you just need to make a small change in the the filters, edit and save. This is now a feature that we support with our 2.4 release.
Benefit: Makes quick edits possible and avoids rebuilding report for minor changes

3. Improved Excel Exports
You now have the ability to add more data fields than ever before to excel exports.
The more data available the better the export will be. It's as simple as that.
Benefit: More data available to export.
4. Import images of Zones directly from ARCHICAD in to dRofus Rooms
You can now synchronise ArchiCAD Zones with dRofus Rooms using the Sync Zones with dRofus command. The ArchiCAD filter allows you to synchronise either only the selected Zone, all Zones in the model or Zones on the current floor.
The dRofus filter allows you to apply a filter to the dRofus Rooms to synchronise.

5. Import images to all item occurrences
You can now import images to all item occurrences from a local folder of collected images instead of manually adding images one at a time, you can now import them with considerable less effort.
For instance, you might have 100's or even 1000's of occurrence related images ready to load into your project. You have the option to add occurrence images to each item in your database.
Benefit: This will save you an incredible amount of time.
