If you don't already know, dRofus is a cloud-based database solution created to manage information in projects, all the way from planning / requirements, through planning, purchasing / construction to management. The information may be RFP requirements, interior design and equipment as well as doors and surface layers / room descriptions, all contained within a building project.
With dRofus as a collaboration platform, all project data can be collected in one place, all the time being available "live" to everyone in the project. The work process becomes more efficient and the projectors can feel confident that they are working with the most up-to-date information.
By linking to the working models (Revit or ARCHICAD), you always have the opportunity to reconcile the model's contents with what is described in the database (eg room instances, article instances, etc.).
Examples of documents that can be extracted (such as PDF or Excel reports) from dRofus are RFP (Room Function Program), descriptions and quantity reports for interior design, room descriptions and door cards.
