Gabor has over 15 years’ experience in Digital Engineering and Project Management in the building sector. He has led multi-national Virtual Construction teams on high profile AECO projects from all around the world.
Beyond delivering project work, he has been involved in the establishment and oversight of numerous offices, coordinating training and process development efforts and taking part in projects’ financial and resource planning. Gabor contributes to software development and regularly presents at various forums and guest lectures at universities.
Multi-platform collaboration and interoperability, large scale process, and software implementation and strategic consulting are his strengths. He finds pleasure in intellectual challenges around managing change related to process and behaviour.

dRofus Customer: Adam Hetherington — Senior Associate dRofus Specialist at BVN
After graduating with a Bachelor of Design, specialising in Interiors, Adam was an early adopter of design database software used as an ‘add-on’ to traditional 2D architectural platforms such as MicroStation and AutoCAD.
Now a Senior Associate dRofus Specialist at BVN, Adam has extensive experience in the building design industry having also worked as a Senior Interior Designer (DJA, HASSELL) & University Lecturer (QUT, Griffith QCA).
He has worked across a broad range of large-scale projects at all stages of the design process. From initial project definition planning and design, through to construction and handover, Adam is a specialist at managing stakeholder, user and consultant input to the building design database utilising dRofus and Revit software.
Co-organiser of the Sydney dRofus User Group, Adam’s goal is to help foster and guide the development of building design database management as an integral role for any large design practice regardless of the design discipline. He believes that if you control the design data, you control the building.
