Joel Martineau
Transforming pen strokes on paper to buildings has always been Joel’s passion. After completing his Bachelor of Architecture degree, he worked for several years in multiple sectors on projects ranging from student centers to the development of new campuses. He became interested in how digital tools were impacting the practice of architecture, leading to a career shift focused on design technology. Joel advocates for the use of technology to foster creativity and innovation, as well as improve the design, delivery, and handover of facilities to clients. He leads the Customer Success team for the Americas division of dRofus, ensuring customers use data more efficiently.
A graduate of Howard University, Joel is a past chair of the national AIA TAP Leadership group He has presented at ENR Buildtech, BiLT (Americas, ANZ, Asia, Europe), as well as authored articles published in several US and UK magazines, including the RIBA Journal online.
Lillian Kennedy
Lillian brings a wealth of experience to her role as a Customer Success Manager at dRofus, where she excels in fostering client relationships and ensuring the successful implementation of dRofus' innovative software solutions. With a background in architecture and technology, Lillian is dedicated to helping architects streamline their workflows and achieve project excellence.
