When Matt Bode joined Baptist Health Jacksonville, it quickly became apparent they needed a better way of managing design requirements and planning projects. Not only were they struggling to manage and share their requirements with external consultants, they were also expending valuable resources on the budgeting and feasibility phases of projects.

Having had experience with dRofus in the past, Matt knew he had the answer.

BHJ now have over 570 room templates based on FGI and their own standards, consolidating program, equipment, architectural design and building system requirements in one place. This enables them to plan/program new projects in a matter of minutes, rather than days. They have also converted all existing facilities to BIM and captured vital data to help with facility management. Onboarding new design teams is seamless thanks to the centralized program they access and connect directly to their BIM tools.
